And Cleveland's pitching, defense?

very good... but the jays are still 1 or 2 hits away from being up 2-0

Means more to some than others.

in the greater scheme of things it's still just sports. I'm a die hard fan but I have learned to separate my love for the team from how I feel long term. Sure I get bummed if the jays lose, but tomorrow is another day and it's all good.

Many times winning playoff teams have a big speed dimension. They can defeat big slugging teams because the games are usually more low scoring than regular season games You saw this last year with the speed of kansas

True, which leads back to their pitching.

Jays pitching has been good enough to win. Yesterday the jays should have won. they had runners on all night and just couldn't get anyone around.

have another chance to get it done here with the meat of the order coming up one more time

For the die hard fans the best part of baseball is if you lose they play every day so there is the hope that they win the next day and all is forgotten. Memory needs to be short as a baseball fan, even teams that win World Series like the royals, everyone has forgotten about them already and nobody respects them.

If I reply, this is redundant.
