No, he has every right to be pissed. That is absolutely unacceptable and has no business happening in any ballpark or arena.

I think the vast majority of fans feel the same but but when a moronic fan drinks alcohol the results are normally stupid and classless. It's a pity that was not caught on someone's phone as a lot less nonsense is caught and shown on the web via personal phones.
