It would be difficult to write Pearce back in, but not impossible...

Flashback, ghost, hologram, dream...they could figure something out.

Well

Todd era - 2-0 -- happiness and joy, the people are happy, freedom is alive, harmless humor is rapent, intelligent discussion is still present as well.

The dictators seemingly shut down the Todd era

The rains fall, the people are repressed.

One of most frustrating losses of the season, to a divisional rival occurs, coincidence?? I think not.

the coorporate bros are back with one sentence thoughts without character.

It's like North Korea hear again. Hail mods!

Todd abandoned us today.

We still love you Todd.

OK. I thought he might of been outlawed. If I have the story wrong I say sorry to the mods.

Did he have to just do family stuff with his 5 kids??

TODD

Don't fool around with this s***. We need good karma. This was a devastating loss.

1. Lost extra innings against hated Os

2. Lost Tulo to day to day thumb fracture (day to day is 6-8 weeks in Tulo years).

3. Possibly lost Michael Saunders to rib injury.

4. Bullpen worn out before big Houston series.

5. Rowdy Tellez 0-4

I am sure Vlad Jr. and Urena will probably s*** the bed too... when bad karma hits it tends to hit the entire system top to bottom.

He was uncomfortable with the board's obsession with him and backed away. Can't say I blame him.

Like i said before we needed to win two of three or all three

games.

Was not able to come on before had to work.

And I said we had to stay away from cecil and jesse and what happened

they pitched and we lost. But it work still a good weekend.

Thanks Todd.

I picked "Bench" in the HR contest for us. Hope that's okay. If you want to change the pick just PM me.

I like the positivity... wish I had that quality... Yesterday was a tough day for me... everything went wrong in Blue Jay land... I was listening on the radio as Dustin had a miracle homerun and it seemed the entire momentum of the season switched.

The only positive was Anthony Alford continued to hit... I know you don't like him... but in my dreams he is a combaintion of Frank Thomas and Bo Jackson...

1. Both played football.

2. Frank Thomas had the eye of an eagle and hit like Ted Williams for a few years.

3. Bo Jackson was thought to be the most athletic player out there with power, and speed, only missing eye at the plate.

4. But as I said Frank Thomas had a great eye. After Mickie Mantle no one could hit that good until Thomas appeared in 1991

5. After 1991 a few guys learned to hit that good (Bonds for example)

6. Anyway if Alford could be Thomas + Jackson it would be awesome

7. Of course it won't happen if he hits .220 with 100 strikeouts at Dunedin :(

To hell with it I should be like you, more positive about the Jays, less positive about Alford.

Williams, Thomas, Jackson? Maybe, I'm thinking Alford will be no worse than Andre Dawson. Exact same tools.

He has a really good walk rate considering his lack of experience...

Dawson didn't walk...

If you translated his minor leage stats you'd get Josh Thole with a lot more strikeouts. So at this point he is on the verge of complete failure... the only hope is that it was the injury(s) that knocked him out, and he will be back next year.

Next month could give us a clue.

Sarcasm bro.... maybe a 3% chance Alford becomes a Hawk.

He has improved every month this season. In July he has a 255/366/457 line with a 14%BB and 21%K. It's moving the right direction.
