I guess the questions start with are

1)how much do you want?

2)who died

3)how much have you had to drink

#3 but it was in good fun/spirit.

You basically have a minimum of 3 scoreless innings and you stick with Sabathia against Edwin. Really makes no sense.

Lets just hope we can cash in on this wonderful opurtunity.

75 Pitches coming in, one run on four hits.

But he has Miller, Betances and Chapman. There's no need to risk it.

Do you bunt here and play for one run?

No but Smoak will probably strikeout.

What are the odds Smoak strikes out on a curveball here? -400?

Its a virtual guarentee. Unless he ambushes a first pitch fastball that they probably shouldn't throw

Dumb move by Giardi here. He'd be better off keeping Smoak from the right side and feed him a steady diet of off speed pitches where he'll probably pull a ground ball to the left side. From the left side, he should be able to hit the ball to the right side, even off Betances.

It's Dellin Betances, Smoak is very likely to strike out as he just did.

So Smoak can't shorten up just a little bit with two strikes in order to maybe advance the runner?

Horrible approach.
