Maahfaace Verified Member Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 This going to be what 10 losses now? Ffs
HazelsGoogleEye Verified Member Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 So much for Storen "finding his form" . Thanks bullpen, yet again...
CJ-Freeway Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 Thank you Shatkins for giving up Revere for a piece of s***
el duque Verified Member Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 Yes I think you are all right the biggest issue is Gibbons
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 Congrats Storen. Single-handedly lost the game. Really single handedly Seen this offense lately bud.
Statman Verified Member Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 Congrats Storen. Single-handedly lost the game. Storen shouldn't have been in the game. Any competent manager would realize that.
CJ-Freeway Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 This going to be what 10 losses now? Ffs But, but, our pen is "fine"!
el duque Verified Member Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 So much for Storen "finding his form" . Thanks bullpen, yet again... this is a painful pattern any time we get to the end with one run up or down we loose
KinofChaos Verified Member Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 if they don't come back will be 10 losses fro the pen. Offesnse and Pen are wasting a great rotation so far.
West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 But, but, our pen is "fine"! Forever .500 until we have a better manager/bullpen
Maahfaace Verified Member Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 I wanna punch turner in his ginger face just cause
Statman Verified Member Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 Watching Storen and the how he has been used by Farmer John is EXACTLY the same crap we put up with Farrell and Francisco Cordero.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 Only silver lining is that we can hopefully get to their pen.
KinofChaos Verified Member Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 Most games this season follow the same pattern, offense scores early, then disappears, the other team ties it up late then takes the lead, the offense puts up zero resistance. So frustrating
West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 I wanna punch turner in his ginger face just cause They scare me.
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 I think there a his of issues but let's face it we aren't winnig anything BC so many guys have taken a step back. Storen should not have been in the game today. Even on Friday Dodgers almost tied it BC of him It should have been Chavez or Floydd
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 Pillar needs to throw that to second and keep the force on. Throw was low enough where Tulo could have cut it off.
Statman Verified Member Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 Drew Storen -0.2 WAR and sinking. I would have guessed it would be worse than that.

So frustrating You should wait until the Jays get the lead and the odds go up for the other team, bet some money and wait for the collapse and collect.
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 But, but, our pen is "fine"! To be fair, only 2 arms are a s*** show in the pen. Unfortunately, they were suppose to be significant pieces and Gibby refuses to deviate from using them in high leverage situation Well...Cecil may be hurt so he's saving Gibbons from himself. Something needs to be done about Storen though. Maybe the bubonic plague?
KinofChaos Verified Member Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 You should wait until the Jays get the lead and the odds go up for the other team, bet some money and wait for the collapse and collect. You might be on to something here.
KinofChaos Verified Member Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 The offense will go down quietly....as per usual. Have we had a comeback win this year?
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 Hey Russell!! Pitching up and in sometimes works !!
glory Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 Floyd and Chavez could be used in these situations, and then they could use Storen in lesser spots until he gets his performance back up to par. Using him stubbornly in the 8th inning because "veteranz" is the type of dumb s*** old school managers always do.
KinofChaos Verified Member Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 Hey Russell!! Pitching up and in sometimes works !! This, Martins pitch sequence against the catcher was horrendous, every pitch in the same spot.
bones10 Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 The offense will go down quietly....as per usual. Have we had a comeback win this year? Like 3 days ago against Texas

Hopefully he'll stop using him in high leverage spots after he blows another 3-4 games.
West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 That is a good at bat right there.
