Stroman, Osuna, Pillar, Travis easily but it has to do with age and contract. EE and Jose are on a 1yr deal, Martin is starting his backloaded deal and Tulo is making $20M. With the Stroman, Osuna, Pillar, and Travis you get those players and ~$60M to spend.

If contracts weren't a problem and you were trying to win it all and you're after the all star break, assuming the young players have barely any experience, Bautista, EE, Martin and Tulo are more likely to win it for you than the young ones.

I honestly say no to this deal on either side. I don't trade the young player's away. I certainly don't only get four young players back for 4 All Stars.
