Kinda pissed. I obviously liked the offer, but being respectful to the league to give others a chance if I’m going to part with an elite asset.

This is true. I didn’t really have the luxury of waiting though as part of the motivation was to make a run to nab a playoff spot. Especially after stumbling out of the gate this week I killed it. It was there on Y for a bit though:)

I offered Bryant and Royce Lewis for Arenado. No go.

Probably saved from myself as RL =Correa soon enough

 

If you’re not rescinding this offer I’ll do a public auction of Arenado, with this being top offer. Otherwise I’ll play cards closer to my chest.

The POV of my post wasn’t to shame him, it was making fun of myself for offering up a really bad trade. Obviously I didn’t think through the former part.

 

So I’ll take the unprecedented step of apologizing to JG in sincere fashion. That was dickish and he’s not a douchebag like most of you guys, so I genuinely regret posting it

You gave me no timeline, i replied to your proposa 30 mins after and never got a reply. I was also replying to other people’s PMs in between jobs the wife gave me to do around the house (yay to marriage and new home-ownership). Factor that in with an early bedtime for 5am work it didn’t really give me much time. You then proceeded to call me out while you dick tucked. So put your offer back on the table and if no one wants to beat it you can have him in time to roster him tomorrow.

If your intention was to gauge public reaction, then that sort of worked. You probably shouldn't have done that trade anyway, so maybe a bullet dodged.

See above. I decided that was a really bad deal on my end and decided to cxl it and posted about it here. Obviously it was in bad taste and I apologize
