Just working on the rules right now. Personally, Id prefer less rounds all together but Im sure people will hate that. I find the summer draft after an initial draft is pretty much full of crap, and the draft pick values aren't holding up after year 2.

Well there would be the entire 2016 draft class and 100's of other prospects still for another 120 spots. The initial draft will obviously be filled with bigger names, but the summer draft really wouldn't be full of crap. There will be guys who emerge throughout the summer.
