So Miami and the Mets had a make up game yesterday. John Curtis was the pitcher of record officially in the box score, but he was since traded to the Brewers.

 

Elieser Hernandez SP Marlins, started the game and went 5 innings of 1 run ball. However, there is nothing in my scoring to reflect that. I didn't earn the IPs, ERA, Ks, nada... I also have E. Hernandez in if not all of my 9 leagues, about 7 or 8 of them and no earning of points etc there either.

 

I think Jim had this issue in LOD with another player? Did you have to contact Fantrax or how did you resolve it. We are coming down to final week or two before playoffs and to not be awarded his start, especially in some leagues where I am on the cusp or battling for a playoff spot, it really could make a difference..

 

Suggestions?

I think so. Happened to me earlier and I emailed Fx about it and I believe the makeup day stats ended up counting for the original day.

 

Although the makeup game was the next day and it was within the same week so it didn't matter.

No, the scores for those weeks are locked in. I've e-mailed Fantrax and asked how they're going to be handling yesterday's game.

I think the stats are still added to that week. But since that week is locked and has passed nothing happens. So it's like those stats don't exist.

Q: How are suspended games treated? Which date/period do they count towards, and how do lineup lock times work?

 

A: Unlike postponed games, all stats/points from suspended games count towards the original game date. Also, lineups are locked according to the original start date/time, not the continuation start date/time. Think of a suspended game as a long rain delay.

If that is the case that is some BS. It is not like they count to a players stats for the year so it doesn't matter when they are applied. We are in H2H Leagues and I lost an SP start in the week prior to the playoffs.. I hope Fantrax has a fix for this.. Thanks!

Yahoo works the same way. In the lineups it didn't show up as a double header. So I think it's just an is what it is type situation. Since it's a game carried over from a previous day it counts for the day it was carried over from.

I'm sorry but all his stats count for April 11th as a suspended game is simply a long rain delay and so we follow MLB in scoring the stats for that day. As a fellow manager with people who played yesterday in those games I understand this is not necessarily ideal but is how our system is set up.

Did you guys have to do anything to get the playoff matchups showing correctly? It isn't in the BBDL, but as far as I can tell all the settings are set to automatically do it.

I just put them in manually in BORED and DDL. In the past the function to have it done automatically hasn't properly followed league settings.
