I dont know man. To my recollection this is the first time anyone has ever wanted to drop a keeper in the middle of the waiver draft.

So generally prospects are droppable mid- MiLB draft, and the dropped prospects aren’t available until the waiver period after the draft. Seems logically consistent to treat Greenwood’s dropped keeper the same way.

There will be a period after the draft where all unowned players will go on waivers.

As soon as the draft is over, all the remaining players are normally put on waivers.
