BTS Community Moderator Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 I don't see how there's any pressure. We all have boards that we've been staring at for days with lots and lots of time to consider who we want to draft next. I don't understand why anybody ever needs time when they're on the clock if they're just sitting at home on the computer. A couple mins maybe if the person right before you takes your guy, but even then. Especially when you've just traded two top prospects to acquire the pick...
Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 Especially when you've just traded two top prospects to acquire the pick... I propose that the Summer Draft order is based on average pick time between this draft and the prospect draft. That would incentivize people to actually keep it moving.
BTS Community Moderator Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 Dustin Pedroia and Mike Moustakas.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 That's probably a fantastic haul, if I'm being honest. Granted, that's totally coloured by my irrational love for Reed. That's a very good deal on either ends.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 Show of hands: anybody other than Greenwood ever heard of Jason Vosler? I just assume he's an org guy who will fall on his face in AA and I'll cut him for the summer draft. ^^^^This guy loves Fulmer, rightfully so. I hated trading him to you, mate.

I don't know why I've traded for him twice now, I guess I just really like his upside and I feel like the hype train hasn't left the station yet because there isn't very much pro data. He'll probably start the year in AA and debut at some point this year. I feel like Fulmer and Arcia are pretty equal dynasty prospects, but I'm now married to Corey Seager and my pitching depth was lacking.

Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 Can anyone confirm if the games started requirement for eligibility season to season is set at 5 for yahoo? Yes, I'm likely late.
JG34 Verified Member Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 I have someone I'm targeting at 165, but I am open to trading it for a couple picks before 200 if someone is interested.
Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 You like Fulmer because he smells like Rodon and you like Rodon I f***ing LOVE Rodon. My laptop will levitate if Fulmer is that good.

The Cats Ass Old-Timey Member Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 You haven't turned your cubicle wall into a literal draft board? I did. With each name on a magnet and everything.

Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 (edited) I'm happy to have him but man my rotation is old. Youngins breakout every year, not to mention trade. Edited January 27, 2016 by Spanky99
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 Hanley Ramirez Knew he wouldn't last OF/1B for this year.
L54 Old-Timey Member Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 Hanley Ramirez I knew this was coming. Should've taken him with my last pick.
