NJH has a good sense of humour and a refined taste for sarcasm. I would have voted him "funniest poster" but I already had him in my top slot and thought Dinger deserved recognition for what he's been doing on the main board this year.

NJH makes some good jokes and has a certain way of presenting them. Not necessarily a "troll." About.com says "an internet 'troll' is an abusive or obnoxious user who uses shock value to promote arguments and disharmony in online communities.

 

It's not really possible to be a good troll (unless you are coming from a troll's perspective) so people have had fun with the award by using different criteria.

I'm flattered that so many posters have enjoyed my contributions to this forum, but I'm amused that I've managed to do it while posting next to nothing about actual baseball.
