Here's a thought... How about communicating like normal people? I don't think there's been a single instance where I saw TTO that I didn't have to look it up. It's just not something that comes up that often and I'm sure 90% of casuals don't recognize it as "three true outcomes" either.

normal people use and keep up to date with modern acronyms, man.

 

Using and creating three letter acronyms is basically a sport in itself, within the sport of baseball.

 

Also, even if you wrote "three true outcomes" instead of TTO or "times through the order penalty" instead of TTOP, the casuals would still be just as clueless.
