He was allowed to announce the PanAm games for CBC as well. I imagine he can freelance at any Canadian network. He is truly a great guy out of the booth as well, good to have him doing more work in the city.

People want the Jays to spend $25M on a pitcher for around that many games...so Shulman is the starting pitcher of the announce crew (although I imagine he'll mostly do home games)
