That's similar to what people were saying last time until they realized Gibby used him right up. We have a 5 run lead and a guy throwing a one hitter with some rested backend relievers. There is no reason to have Price up in the bullpen whether it is his side sessions day or not.

 

He used him up 'cause he had already decided Stroman would be pitching game 5; figured he'd use him up as much as he could.

 

I don't agree with the move to even go to Price in that 7-1 game, but this is what I think his thought process was.
