Torontojim Verified Member Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 Ben Reverend is settling in nicely.
BigBounceyBlueBalls Old-Timey Member Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 He's bad too but we have no replacement for Hutch and he WAS dealing up until mushroom f***ed up his second routine play of the day. Shanchez, wolf maybe? Hutch to aaa or pen!
Torontojim Verified Member Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 Oh smook terrible at bat there
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 He wouldn't have been available tonight, so the suspension is really 2 games, and only one of those is V/ the Yanks... Decent strategy, if they thought he'd lose the appeal. Might no even matter if they decide to put him back in the rotation
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 Oh smook terrible at bat there Well, he only had 2 strikes to work with thanks to awesome umpiring...
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 Might no even matter if they decide to put him back in the rotation This is not a thing that is going to happen. I don't know why you would possibly believe that it would.
Maahfaace Verified Member Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 Might no even matter if they decide to put him back in the rotation doubtful hutch gets removed from the rotation, but its likely he is playing himself out of postseason roster spot
guylaroche5 Verified Member Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 Shanchez, wolf maybe? Hutch to aaa or pen! sanchez is an elite reliever and a poor starter, why would the team do that? I don't think Wolf is better than what Hutch brings, in spite of everything we've seen
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 Well, he only had 2 strikes to work with thanks to awesome umpiring... did you see the pitch? pitcher hit the catcher's glove perfectly. thats a strike 95/100 times.
Torontojim Verified Member Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 tabler mentions Hutchison lol "and they have Hutchison who throws meatballs down the middle"
Governator Community Moderator Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 Hendriks is finally figuring s*** out at the MLB level, he might actually be a legitimate starting option at some point.
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 This is not a thing that is going to happen. I don't know why you would possibly believe that it would. who is the #6 SP right now
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 did you see the pitch? pitcher hit the catcher's glove perfectly. thats a strike 95/100 times. Yes, because umpires are terrible. The ball was low and outside. This is an argument for replacing umpires, not an argument for Smoak being bad.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 lol no one throws strikes to Goins...
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 who is the #6 SP right now If someone gets injured? Wolf or Francis, probably... Hutchinson is not being removed from the rotation.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 Yes, because umpires are terrible. The ball was low and outside. Not sure why you want to replace umpires when Jays benefit more because of them than they're opponents.
Maahfaace Verified Member Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 Hendriks is finally figuring s*** out at the MLB level, he might actually be a legitimate starting option at some point. his increased velocity is a major contributor to him having success out of the pen, when starting he sits in the 91 to 93mph range and really only has 2 plus pitches. Bullpen is where its at for him
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 If someone gets injured? Wolf or Francis, probably... Hutchinson is not being removed from the rotation. nah, sanchez is #6 SP option, easily
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 down and away to Lefties always get strikes. Not sure why you want to replace umpires when Jays benefit more because of them than they're opponents. Because I believe the game should be played between two teams of 25 players, and shouldn't be influenced by the whims of several groups of four mostly-fat, mostly-white mostly-old men.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 nah, sanchez is #6 SP option, easily Not this year. He's in the pen for the duration.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 The easiest way to asses how smart a Jays fan is: ask them their thoughts on Cecil. (This is the easiest way to find out how smart an NFL fan is also, but with Tony Romo) lol
