Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted May 26, 2015 Posted May 26, 2015 This is the Hutch I expected this season. Yay!
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted May 26, 2015 Posted May 26, 2015 So you guys are saying Colebello is just lucky?
CJ-Freeway Old-Timey Member Posted May 26, 2015 Posted May 26, 2015 So you guys are saying Colebello is just lucky? Personally I think it's because opposing pitchers haven't figured out his weaknesses yet. Once that happens, his numbers will regress automatically.
S33n Verified Member Posted May 26, 2015 Posted May 26, 2015 So you guys are saying Colebello is just lucky? They're saying his current pace is unsustainable, which is true.
labadee Verified Member Posted May 26, 2015 Posted May 26, 2015 He has been lucky. But he is also better than people give him credit for. He played most of last year with a completely torn thumb. It would be tough to hold a bat let alone swing a bat at the major league level. forgive me if this is an ignorant question, but does BABIP reflect that? or am i mis-using that stat altogether
Inklink Old-Timey Member Posted May 26, 2015 Posted May 26, 2015 Pillar sucks, colabello is a babe Fixed.

Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted May 26, 2015 Posted May 26, 2015 I wouldn't be surprised if he's a .260/.320/.430 guy but with no defense he isn't worth much
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted May 26, 2015 Posted May 26, 2015 So Colabello's BABIP is .530, if that dips 100 points, his OBP will dip by the same amount and he will become a scrub.?
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted May 26, 2015 Posted May 26, 2015 Top of the lineup...lets add some more runs on
Horses Fart Old-Timey Member Posted May 26, 2015 Posted May 26, 2015 Stanton is a f***in beast! Love to have him.
labadee Verified Member Posted May 26, 2015 Posted May 26, 2015 i wonder if there is a higher incidence of injuries of the cleanup crews in Toronto vs the rest of the mlb...cuz you know.. turf.
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted May 26, 2015 Posted May 26, 2015 I actually think Colabello is a hidden gem and will be a career .300 hitter
Governator Community Moderator Posted May 26, 2015 Posted May 26, 2015 f*** you Bonifacio What did he do to you?
