Nolin = LOL!

Fixed that for you and JD = 157 wRC+, 1.5 WAR

Are you trolling? There's no chance BTS was saying that EE was done.

No, I said there were reasons to be concerned and I stand by it. K and BB rate mean something at 100+ PA, and they're a big part of what make Edwin a 150 wRC+ monster and not just a good 120 wRC+ guy.

Lawrie really has surprised me. Everything he hits is to the ground. His swing has to be overhauled

Still worried about EE. You have to be when you see a 2-4% drop in BB coincide with a 5+% increase in K-rate over 150 PA from a 32 year old.

Nah, those numbers are stabilizing, and will get better, he himself spoke about it.

Thing is, they're at the point where they've usually stabilized. That's not to say they won't get better, because every situation is different, but for a 32-year old that concern will be there until they do.

And that's fair. I thought you were worried he'd completely fall apart. A bit of decline is likely of course but in no way should anyone be worried EE will have a year much poorer than his previous 3 seasons.

We'll see, I don't dismiss your point, but the guy's a f***ing beast.

P.S. I'm right, you'll be wrong. Same as our Bautista discussion years back.;)

At least BTs isn't Keith Law, stubborn sob

Is this not where you would use Jeff Francis?

Also, that was good for a laugh, and I don't mind it in a 10-2 game...

Only Jay I'm worried about having completely fallen apart is Dickey.
