I think Sanchez is effective because batters are aware there's a good chance they can be hit in the head on any given pitch

Shockingly, the Red Sox pitcher gets that outside strike that Sanchez hasn't gotten all night. I'm completely mystified as to why such a thing could possibly happen.

I like analytics but I also like the Jays so any 7 inning, no run start from our awful starters is good in my eyes.
