o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 FFS. What's with all this cloak and dagger s***? cloak and dagger? AA and Gibbons have a scientific way of calculating their moves. http://i.imgur.com/mhXwhpN.gif
L54 Old-Timey Member Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 Sanchez to the pen is something this team needs.
Gorlak Verified Member Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 AA & Gibby probably disagree on who to send down. Gibbons is likely arguing hard for Sanchez to be moved to the pen, AA considering it and maybe thinking about stretching out Osuna.
Gorlak Verified Member Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 Sanchez to the pen is something this team needs. Another poor start tomorrow and it will likely happen.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 AA & Gibby probably disagree on who to send down. Norris or Castro
Laika Community Moderator Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 Maybe there is a trade at the 1 yard line
Sammy225 Old-Timey Member Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 Maybe there is a trade at the 1 yard line If there is a trade that involves bringing Albers up i am not sure it is making us that much better lol.
bendera3 Verified Member Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 It has to be a pitcher. If it was Pompey because of performance our outfield is even more depleted with Bats not being 100%. The last few games we had DV and Goins in the outfield. If it was Travis to DL you would think Muni would be up.

Estrada could take over his spot.

Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 Another poor start tomorrow and it will likely happen. He just had a good game. Norris is the one that's on the outside looking in, especially if he hasn't completely gone through the dead arm yet.
glory Old-Timey Member Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 If Estrada replaces Norris in the rotation, then who replaces Sanchez when he's bumped? That weighted ball program better be able to create miracles. I'll take one of Santana or Doubront.
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 If Estrada replaces Norris in the rotation, then who replaces Sanchez when he's bumped? Wolf
Top 10 Personal Catcher Verified Member Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 Wolf I like the idea of both Wolf and Loup being on the team, what with this being a bilingual country and all.
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 I like the idea of both Wolf and Loup being on the team, what with this being a bilingual country and all. Can't wait for those 55 mph curveballs.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 Guess Estrada to the pen. I mean I see why the sent Norris down, they just couldn't keep throwing him out there and only getting 3 innings. Jays desperately need a starter. Francis, Wolf, Albers are all junk.
King Old-Timey Member Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 Shi Davidi @ShiDavidi 4m4 minutes ago #BlueJays option Daniel Norris, transfer Maicer Izturis to 60 to clear room for Andrew Albers.
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 I always felt Sanchez would be the first one to go, but now I get why Norris is down. At least with Sanchez they can immediately slot into the BP. With Norris they still see him as a starter, and he's still in dead arm phase, so letting him go through that in Buffalo is better than sending Sanchez.
tercet Verified Member Posted May 1, 2015 Author Posted May 1, 2015 Everyone would agree that Norris has been slightly better then Sanchez? I'm extremely shocked by this move..
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 Everyone would agree that Norris has been slightly better then Sanchez? I'm extremely shocked by this move.. I'd say Sanchez has been better.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 I actually wouldn't mind seeing Hendricks get a start. It'd be tough to build up the innings but with Martin behind the plate I think he could be a solid 5th starter.
Sorrow Verified Member Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 I'd say Sanchez has been better. Norris has been marginally better in my opinion. I have no issues with him going down if he still has dead arm. Let him get healthy and get back into form.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 Everyone would agree that Norris has been slightly better then Sanchez? I'm extremely shocked by this move.. Slightly better yes. However, Sanchez has shown improvement where Norris has not (due to the dead arm)
TheHurl Site Manager Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 I thought Macier was close to beginning a rehab assignment.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 I thought Macier was close to beginning a rehab assignment. He's useless at this point anyway. Can't see him bringing more value than Goins as a utility inf.
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 Everyone would agree that Norris has been slightly better then Sanchez? I'm extremely shocked by this move.. They have been comparable, and given the sample size, no one can favour one over the other. Besides, pointy head, Sanchez would go to the bullpen before he goes to AAA. Norris to AAA is not a demotion, he needs to work on things.
bendera3 Verified Member Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 I thought Macier was close to beginning a rehab assignment. Maybe the brass told him that he wasn't in their plans going forward and isn't really interested in continuing his career so he'll take the money on the DL.
Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 I thought Macier was close to beginning a rehab assignment. Yeah he was, guess it'll take another 4 weeks...
Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 He's useless at this point anyway. Can't see him bringing more value than Goins as a utility inf. He's better than Diaz?
