Nightmaul Verified Member Posted April 23, 2015 Posted April 23, 2015 O's like to whine like little school girls
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted April 23, 2015 Posted April 23, 2015 Flaherty really burnishing his Orioles cred by whining on an obvious strike.
WryNGinger Verified Member Posted April 23, 2015 Posted April 23, 2015 I apologize in advance if I jinx him, but good inning from Sanchez so far.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted April 23, 2015 Posted April 23, 2015 best inning of the year for Sanchez
guylaroche5 Verified Member Posted April 23, 2015 Posted April 23, 2015 lol, that inning was so... unorthodox
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 23, 2015 Posted April 23, 2015 He finally found his fastball command somewhat, but every breaking pitch was a hanger.
theblujay Verified Member Posted April 23, 2015 Posted April 23, 2015 Thats the Sanchez thats exciting. The one that throws more than one pitch and can put the fastball somewhere near the strike zone.
closetjaysfan Verified Member Posted April 23, 2015 Posted April 23, 2015 Anyone know the distance on EE's HR yesterday? nvm found it http://www.hittrackeronline.com/ 463ft
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted April 23, 2015 Posted April 23, 2015 Good inning from Sanchez...maybe if we got him some runs he would relax on the mound and throw more strikes.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 23, 2015 Posted April 23, 2015 Thats the Sanchez thats exciting. The one that throws more than one pitch and can put the fastball somewhere endear the strike zone. Well technically the fastball was the only pitch in that inning. The curveballs and sliders were mediocre in terms of location.

Nightmaul Verified Member Posted April 23, 2015 Posted April 23, 2015 He finally found his fastball command somewhat, but every breaking pitch was a hanger. This is what I don't get. People say he has "good stuff" because he throws hard, but his stuff is not that great.
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted April 23, 2015 Posted April 23, 2015 so much kneejerk reaction in these posts Sanchez is 22 and like Norris is going to be quite inconsistent, from game to game and inning to inning.... that is normal for young pitchers Sanchez reminds me of a young Chris Carpenter, velocity, movement, wildness - unhittable one inning, blowup the next Some patience would be appreciated
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted April 23, 2015 Posted April 23, 2015 Perfect time for a Smoak Dinger here.

His stuff is nasty, but the major issue is that he doesn't know where it's going most of the time. His two swinging strikeouts were excellent breaking balls.
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted April 23, 2015 Posted April 23, 2015 Perfect time for a Smoak Dinger here. f***ING CALLED IT cf
