Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 Screw the bullpen. Let Castro start in AA/AAA, and then bring him up as a starter mid-season. Innings limit, my ass. I'm 100% certain they see how close he is to a major starting pitcher, if they still choose to put him in the pen then f*** em
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 Izturis K's looking on a high change. Inning over. 4-2 Jays after 5 1/2.

King Old-Timey Member Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 He was a part of the trade that sent Prado to the Marlins a few months ago
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 A-Rod grounds out weakly to short on a first pitch fast ball. One out.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 Beltran flies out to LF on a 2-0 fast ball. Two out.

glory Old-Timey Member Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 1-2-3 inning. 2 GB and a FO. Castro making fans break out the tissues right now.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 He made it look so easy, f*** Miguel don't do this
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 He works fast and throws quality strikes
StroShow Verified Member Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 Castro can't be this good, sploosh.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 Tex grounds into the shift and thrown out from shallow RF by Travis. Inning over. Castro retiring all six batters faced so far. 4-2 Jays after 6.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 I remember when I screaming to Miguel Castro in the DSL "Throw strikes skinny guy, throw strikes f***" Now he's so good.

glory Old-Timey Member Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 If they are letting Castro throw 3 or more innings, that means they see him as a starter, right? RIGHT? Please don't put him in the pen, Alex.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 Miguelito bandwagon Jon Morosi More dominance from Miguel Castro. The Blue Jays do not have 7 relief pitchers better than him . . . Not sure how many other teams would. Gregor Chisholm 10-pitch inning for Castro. Rodriguez grounder, Beltran fly ball to LF, Teixeira grounder. Sat 96 again, topped out at 97. #BlueJays

If they want to give him a look at big league hitters, i dont see how a few innings in relief hurts him.

Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 I'm scared that he has earned a spot, we need to see him blown up

Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 Miguelito bandwagon Chris King Been trying to tell y'all about Castro. Legit Michael Wray @StatsKing do you see him as a starter or reliever long term? Chris King @Wrayzerblade I've always seen him as a starter. You can see the potential with his off-speed pitches. They get better every day
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 Donladson with a single to right. Carrera? hits into a 4-6-3 DP. Two out.
