If not for the comeback, the question would be why is Sanchez facing LHB

Odor is lh, and Sanchez let him get on base and score

Well the answer is he was facing LHB because Brett Cecil blew a calf, Aaron Loup had some s*** going on. If Russell Martin stands up and throws that ball back to the pitcher, Texas does not score. Jesus do you even like the Blue Jays? Prince Fielder also got on. Struck out Shin-Soo Choo Edited by Nafro
Gave him credit for striking out Hamilton when it was Osuna

Shut the f*** up Tercet

GD seems pretty level headed. When he tells you to shut up, its probably time to reassess your entire negative outlook on life.

No. You don't get to pretend like you're a troll, cause you've been posting on this board long enough that you know what those look like. You're just unhappy, and I feel bad for you if you care more about your grudges than you do this amazing night. Doesn't affect me, though.

Well, it affects BTS, cause you'll probably be wearing his skin soon.

Ha you guys are all results oriented idiots

I've posted more anti-Sanchez s*** than you. You're just not a healthy human being, I don't think.

Insulting other posters often results in a banning. Let's see if that happens today.

Remove thanks from Tercet because it was sarcasm. Give thanks to GD, because its deserved. Its a fact, I give more thanks when alcohol is mixed with a Blue Jays win.

Ive been on this & the old mlb.com for almost 10 yrs combined shut up, I'm not getting banned bc everyone knows who I am at this point

If it wasn't for the comeback, 90% of this forum would be on suicide watch due to Gibby making an unexcusable mistake.

Im enjoying the victory like everyone else, but how sick of an offseason would it have been if we didnt comeback?

Making the wrong decision, and getting away with it shouldn't be praised.

I was a gibby fan the first trip around, and 99% of this second go around, but this was a giant blunder that he got away with.

We were talking about it before the game. http://www.bluejaysmessageboard.com/threads/5543-Blue-Jays-vs-Rangers-ALDS-Thread/page22?p=779968#post779968 Just retarded to let Sanchez face the lefties.

Okay than I'll bite. Who do you bring in to pitch instead? My thoughts at the time was perhaps Mark Lowe, but I'm not convinced that's the right move either. Sanchez struck Choo out. I'm not going to put blame on anyone for that run, but its certainly not on Sanchez. With the series he had, I'm sorry to say, you have confirmation bias with Aaron Sanchez.

Do you understand what variance is? And how pitching splits work over large samples?

Yes. Now answer the question. Who do you pitch instead.

He'd be happier if someone else came in to pitch, got lit up, and the Jays lost 7-6, than have Sanchez in.

Posted

Well you clearly don't, being a results oriented moron saying how Sanchez succeeded tonight vs choo.

The correct answer is you don't let Aaron Sanchez face left handed batters at all.

Anyone but him to face lefties

Letting Sanchez pitch was the wrong decision.

Who the f*** cares. Just f***ing appreciate what you have, for f***'s sake. Incredible.

Estrada was in the pen with his 80 grade changeup. He made Fielder look goofy on it numerous times in game 3.

Also could have called on Osuna a bit earlier so Sanchez at least never faced Fielder and Moreland, who both ended up reaching base. Even if you have to finish the game with Mark Lowe in that scenario, that's probably a better use of the bullpen.

There were a number of things they could have done.

I have a Biological Engineering degree, don't talk to me like I don't understand math. The reality is there are right and left handed batters sprinkled throughout the lineup. You can't change pitchers every batter. Unless Pat Venditte was somewhere in the RC, we had NO LHP. So who should have we brought in to their LH's?

Now that's fair. I forgot Estrada was available tonight. He's probably with that change up, better than a lot of lefty's.

Grade f***in 1 math says that you don't let Aaron Sanchez face any left handed batters, no matter what.

You praised him for getting out choo, and somehow think that makes the incorrect decision right.

I am an obsessive maniac when it comes to Sanchez, you are wrong in this case. Please stop defending the wrong move.

If you want to hate me for trolling that is fine, just don't say it was the right move.
