Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 B2B walks for Morrow. I still think he's getting squeezed though.
Laika Community Moderator Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 And then Morrow starts the 7th with 8 balls in 9 pitches.
Candy Maldonado Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 ugh I hate Ortiz, I hate the way he spits into his gloves and then claps his hands
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 And then Morrow starts the 7th with 8 balls in 9 pitches. Collective board jinx lol
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 And then Morrow starts the 7th with 8 balls in 9 pitches. K's the next batter. This is vintage Brandon Morrow that we're witnessing.
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 This game does not feel like Boston vs. NY. No real spark or intensity between the two. Yanks should just plunk Ortiz now to get s*** started lol Well one team can't get their leadoff man to hit like in the spring (Betts in Boston), and the Yanks pen is just dominating the Red Sox, like they did with us.
Laika Community Moderator Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 K's the next batter. This is vintage Brandon Morrow that we're witnessing. Also vintage NL baseball. #5 hitter asked to sac bunt after b2b walks from the pitcher.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 K's the next batter. This is vintage Brandon Morrow that we're witnessing. If it's truly classic Morrow then before the innings over he's going to signal the trainers in the dugout for "discomfort" lol
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Double plays for days! This side of Morrow we didn't see enough, unfortunately.

Regardless no s*** talking, no chin music, minimal ump chirping the elements of a heated rivalry is not there
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Also vintage NL baseball. #5 hitter asked to sac bunt after b2b walks from the pitcher. Seriously WTF? The NL is so dumn.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Seriously WTF? The NL is so dumn. Bruce Bochey loves to bunt IIRC
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 If it's truly classic Morrow then before the innings over he's going to signal the trainers in the dugout for "discomfort" lol I really think the Brandon Morrow health concern is blown out of proportions. He's never lost any of his stuff (his command is a completely different story) and hasn't really had bad arm troubles.

He comes back as a fireballer like nothing happened but he still misses time
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Betts after that Opening Day barrage, including tonight so far: 2-15, 1 BB, 2K, 0R, 0RBIs. That's not a good thing..and part of the reason we're still playing at 12:00 midnight.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Betts after that Opening Day barrage, including tonight so far: 2-15, 1 BB, 2K, 0R, 0RBIs. That's not a good thing..and part of the reason we're still playing at 12:00 midnight. Shut the f*** up. Holy s***. Jose Bautista had 8 strikeouts in 12 at-bats, I sure didn't see you saying the Jays were in trouble.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Morrow or Sanchez? Considering that Sanchez may not stay healthy for long himself due to his mechanics, I'd say Morrow. I'm very biased on this however.
bronson44 Verified Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Can we finally ban this idiot. It has done nothing to directly warrant it but like nobody wants to read that s***
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Yonder Alonso IBB'd to put man on 1st and 2nd, 1 out. Gyorko (a not awful hitter) coming up.

Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 ??? Raysjays exposed as Boston Red Sox reverse-jinxer?
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 And so the IBB works out, Bruce Bochy will certainly be praised for being such a great baseball mind.

Rusney Castillo is tearing up AAA right now, and may need to be considered if Betts doesn't adjust.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Raysjays exposed as Boston Red Sox reverse-jinxer? That's Raysjays??? Now he's with the BlowSox??? I hate Boston filth
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 ??? Sorry, I meant they're still playing at 12:00 midnight.
