Cuz KC did it last year on the way to the WS..... maybe?

And it wasn't much of a trade either.. Kratz and Hendriks went to KC, neither of whom are still with the Royals.

What the f*** is Giavotella doing? What an idiot.

Also asking him to bunt when he has 3 hits already is lolworthy.

OMG

The ending for the Dbacks and the Reds.

Dbacks walk off

but the guy on 1st did not reach 2nd base and instead hugged the guy who walked it off

Umpires may review it

he's gonna be out

Cancel the walk off

I thought that was a great trade for the Jays at the time, but a lot of people here were crying about the Jays throwing away Kratz and his "80M" future value.

What the Jays need right now is another OF, whether it be Pompey or someone outside the org.

We really don't need another outfielder. Bautista/Pillar/Revere/Pennington should be fine for now. We can call Pompey back up in September when the rosters expand.

Murphy is hitting over .400 against Matusz, that was hilarious.

Showalter doesn't look at stats, come on now.

Valencia with a walk-off! And the Astros continue to piss away their playoff hopes just like the Twins. 3 straight losses, now only 0.5 game up on the Angels.

game officially ruled as over :(

they should protest it

That should be a double play, guy didn't touch third either

Even if he did, I'd hope he wouldn't take a 12 ab sample seriously.

Who cares? Both the D-Backs and Reds are out of contention. This won't make any difference in the standings. And I'm sure MLB will be looking at this, though..

Did anyone catch Mike Trout being thown out at home trying to tag in the 9th, down 5 Probably the worst baseball play I've seen in a while.

You obviously missed Giavotella's excruciating bunt attempt an hour ago.

lol some players just aren't very good. Tagging down 5 in the last inning on a ball that wasn't very deep is something you see in a slow pitch beer league

Wtf, that's universally stupid.... lol... and no video replay... I guess they don't want to make baseball's wonder boy look any worse.
