Absolutely terrible managing. I remember a couple months ago when Stroman was pitching a shut-out against the White Sox. He purposely pitched around a tough hitter and Gibbons pulled him out of the game. First pitch from McGowan was a 3 run home run and the Jays lost. To me that was a turning point to the season.
