Cuban government granted visas and passports to some players to sign MLB

Yoan Moncada Olivera, Yenier Bello, Pavel Quesada and Irait Chirino received permission from the Cuban government to try to sign with MLB teams.

Moncada simply asked the Cienfuegos team that "release him" of his duties, and the government agreed ... that easy!!

Moncada makes so much sense for this team, but I know better than to get my hopes up. AA is already queuing his "We made a fair offer/the value wasn't there for the pricetag" speech.

 

Moncada isn't a normal free agent; he must submit to the international regulations = GREAT NEWS.

Who sign Moncada must exceed the limit of money allocated by MLB and could lose future international signs (July 2)
