It's a bad question, to begin with. Reliability can't be established over smaller samples. And, as the season ... And his season ... Has progressed, he's had a higher frequency of absolute stinkers (not just some tough 5.2 inning, 4 ER types of showings). So even if you were to bastardize the term over small samples, he's still not meeting the threshold.
