NorthOf49 Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 Why is Trout's neck so thick? ROIDS ------ We may actually have a chance in this game now..
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 If we don't take advantage of this we might be beyond hopeless.
sh3156 Verified Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 i wouldn't mind Weaver to see James Andrews We will be chasing wild cards too
Convo Verified Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 See jared Weaver is leaving I told you guys Keep faith, this thing will turn around You do realize we actually have to score runs to win this game right?
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 WTF, what happened. Guess it'll have to be a combined perfect game? LOL Seemed to feel something wrong during warmup for the inning. Called the trainer and Scocia pulled him immediately as if he'd been half expecting it.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 i wouldn't mind Weaver to see James Andrews We will be chasing wild cards too Please don't wish terrible injuries on players. Hopefully it's just a short term thing.
CJ-Freeway Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 This is seriously a gift from God... feel bad for Weaver though. The Jays NEED to score noww
intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 Everytime Jerry Howarth mentions the world series championships, I want to cry. Every time Wilner mentions the team being "only" x games out I want to throttle him. That reasoning only works if the team is fighting tooth and nail. Following up 20-4 with 9-20 is... nothing short of a disaster. There's no reason it had to happen either. The injuries didn't start piling until recently.
TBJ12 Verified Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 50/50 chance weaver pitches a perfect game So much for that prediction.

I respect your opinion, but I couldn't care less about injuries on players. They are millionaires and well taken care of. I rather my teams chances then the Angels chances.
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 The only thing we'll be chasing is the Rays asses out of the basement The Rays just got blown out by KC. And after this road trip, we have an easier sked.
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 At least the long relief man is a righty. Or else we'd really be screwed. This is going to mess up the Angels rotation..

Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 If the jays don't smell blood they aren't sharks
Comx Verified Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 So much for that prediction. Combined perfect game.
Inklink Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 Ah that must suck for the parents. They're probably checking Twitter or something for news.
sh3156 Verified Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 Shoemaker is no slouch either. This isn't like Redmond or Jenkins with the Jays.
jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 I love the way he still wont admit the Orioles are for real.........................even after they have been to the playoffs in the past few years. He did the same thing with the Rays all those years...
JaysFan4Ever Verified Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 Maybe Weaver felt bad after the first two innings, saw the line up, knows the Jays are in a tailspin and figured a perfect game against them isn't really a perfect game since it's like beating up a kid in a wheelchair.

OtisNixonFan Verified Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 The f*** Colby need to hack at that.

jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 Does anyone on here call Mike Wilner? Probably could get some calls in late tonight since JaysTalk will likely be on around 1 AM.
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 2012 Colby in 2014 is snatching defeat from the jaws of victory on a big contract this off season...
Convo Verified Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 Just what we need while we're in contention ... more players with "potential"

ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 That Seitzer approach is working wonders.
Convo Verified Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 This team is absolutely INEPT at taking walks... Take the damn pitch, get on base 8th in all of baseball in BB - cool story bro
