seems like the jays are out of focus. Playing worse than normal here....

 

 

AA needs to do something soon to send a message that it's not over.

 

In an ideal world he would. Hell, even a mediocre one he would. But this is AA. He now has the injury excuse to work with again. He'll claim that the injuries were too great, we had too many holes and the trade prices were too high even if no one was hurt. We'll regroup and get them next year! I can hear him already.

Hmm, it might not be his knee afterall. After he starts to fall in pain, both legs take his full weight at least once which would indicate more of a muscle strain rather then a pulled/torn ligament.

Right quad strain. That's a relief.. but it might not be a bad idea to just shut him down until after the All-Star break and get someone like Dan Johnson for a few days.
