o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 That really isn't a diss. He could have worded it better. But I would prefer to be traded to Oakland as well. They have virtually no weakness. yeah, I'd rather be a building block completing perfect team than a bandaid on the titanic. lol but it's still nothing he should be saying.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 GLENN DID IT, he got on base. CELEBRATE GOOD TIMES COME ON

JFD Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 look at all those gulls. those fans are just waiting to be shat on this is why they don't bother to shower.
NorthOf49 Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 I'm surprised Brad Glenn knew what to do when he got to four balls. We're in uncharted territory.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 The seagulls are going to be a factor in this game before its over where is Dave Winfield when you need him?
labadee Verified Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 Francisco is either gonna K or drill a shot
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 It was 1.5 and Chase Headley is a piece of s*** and you know it. And for the last time I never called Rasmus an awful CF. I called him an average one. 1) Alright so blow up whilst having a division lead? In what way is that justifiable? 2) He's still not a piece of s***, and sure as hell hasn't been one in the last few years. It's laughable that you would suggest this. 3) 4.8 WAR last year. Gose has not proven anything, and yet you still want him (Rasmus) to move to LF?
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 Glen at second base... lol woohoo!!!
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 oh my god, he didn't tag up. you dont make the last out at third
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 you dont make the last out at third I might have looked away for a second but it was pretty deep wasn't it? Even Navarro makes it close there lol.
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 How in the world did he not tag? He runs like Shrek or Melky last year...not worth the risk of him running....
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 I might have looked away for a second but it was pretty deep wasn't it? Even Navarro makes it close there lol. I thought it did too, plus Crisp has a slightly better arm then Johnny Damon. In other words f***ing weak arm
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 I might have looked away for a second but it was pretty deep wasn't it? Even Navarro makes it close there lol. no, not deep at all and Crisp was set up in a good position to throw. Glen would have been crisp too
NorthOf49 Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 3) 4.8 WAR last year. Gose has not proven anything, and yet you still want him (Rasmus) to move to LF? WAR doesn't pretend to be predictive though. It's fair to call Rasmus an average CF going forward IMO. I don't have a problem with the Rasmus haters even if he's not as bad as some say he is. He's not our answer long-term.

I don't expect him to be a 4 WAR CF going forward either but his irrational hate of him is unwarranted, and he had a nice defensive season as well, which is one of the aspects he attacks the most.
Arjun Nimmala Vancouver Canadians - A+ SS It's been slow going at the start of the season for Nimmala, but on Sunday, he was 3-for-5 with his 3rd home run and 3 RBI. Explore Arjun Nimmala News >
