Anemic0ffense Verified Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 Ump giving Cards calls. Us none. Not surprised.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 And it didn't work out.. So what. Let all the armchair managers come out. Exactly. It was a very defensible decision.
Bunchedundies Verified Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 ugh loup not throwing strikes against a scrub.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 Off day for Loup, he's never this bad at locating the fastball.
BarkatToronto Verified Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 Well this one didn't go our way
Bunchedundies Verified Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 Thats the game, Loup has been good but not today.
Bunchedundies Verified Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 You are the shitstain on the TP after I wipe my ass. Shutup gimp, mental midget. If a forum riles you up imagine when you leave moms basement and realise not everyone bangs there simple sister.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 My question though, why no RHP ready to come in if Loup didn't get the lefty?
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 Wow, where was this command 1 hitter ago?
43211234 Verified Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 Oh well, get the series win tomorrow.
Bunchedundies Verified Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 Lucky cards unreal the luck they have had this series.
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 My question though, why no RHP ready to come in if Loup didn't get the lefty? Loup is no longer being used strictly as a loogy anymore. I do agree though, he's over 20 pitches now.
Bunchedundies Verified Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 9 innings, f***face. Its only 2-0. LMAo idiot what? Game is over moron, it's obvious. What's the score?
havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 Whatever, they were bound to lose at some point.
JohnnyLonghorn Verified Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 Questionable move walking Peralta
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 Questionable move walking Peralta it was the right move.
Frenchsoup Verified Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 why the hell did lawrie go to first base instead of second?
Bunchedundies Verified Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 Questionable move walking Peralta YEah matchups are fine but they are not the be all end all. Gibbons lives and dies by them, not his fault loup forgot to throw strikes.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 That intentional walk was an incredibly poor decision. Don't understand why they did that. I'm not sure what's hard to understand? You walk the RHB to set up the inning ending double play with the platoon advantage... He even got the ground ball. Just cuz it dribbled through the IF doesn't mean it was a a bad decision. I think the mistake Gibbons made was not having a RHP ready to if Loup struggled. gibbons so rarely has two guys warming these days, even with a well rested pen.
Frenchsoup Verified Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 he just gave them 2nd for no reason...meatball
SantosLHalper21 Verified Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 The wrong move was keeping Loup in there 20 pitches in...to pitch to Ellis, Bourjos and Cruz....they had Jenkins warming...I guess Gibbons didn't want to chance that the Cards would pinch hit some guys like Kolten Wong, Jon Jay or Yadier Molina.
Bunchedundies Verified Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 Delabar, hope he figures it out.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 int walk to Peralta? .296 OBP, 100 wRC+
