Jays have a great team chemistry now, and the right mentality. Getting rid of Arincibia not just for his lack of defence, tactics, and offence, but also for his poisonous "I don't need to listen to anyone and improve my approach, I'm doing just fine as is" attitude infecting the clubhouse is making all the difference this season.
