Convo Verified Member Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Reyes is not worth the money, sigh Not even f***ing close to worth that money, but he's got a big smile...............
jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 5 K for the spring training trip or 7 k for a 30 minute talk with Dickey?? I'd rather take a trip back to Australia or Europe for a month at those prices.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 5K for you and the wife if they flew you from there wouldn't be a bad price LOL what's a wife? lol I paid 1000 dollars to go to Singapore and Bali last year. plus lodging and food of course, but still. I love baseball, but I'd go back to south asia first every day of the week and twice on sunday. as long as there is wifi I can still see games. ps: I can get to any NA east coast city for about 800 dollars. NY, Boston for sure.

ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 LOL at those blasting Reyes, but not Kratz for his "great" framing.
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 LOL at those blasting Reyes, but not Kratz for his "great" framing. Kratz doesn't make like 22 million a year though. Everyone knows kratz is replacement
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Alright, the whiney bitches can relax now.
S33n Verified Member Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 I have 15 parks down but they keep building new ones . I like to drive, have a 32 ft 5th wheel so the wife and i just go . Park in a Central place and drive from there . then i don't have to eat s***** restrurant food every day . I have plans to go to St Lou, KC,and Minny as I haven't been to target field yet . Plenty of times to Minny but not target. Kauffman is nice, I used to live 10 minutes from the stadium. It was so cheap, and it was so easy to sneak into the good seats. I remember once I was sitting in the players wives seats right behind home plate, I offered to move, they said it was fine and sat next to me. There were only 3 of them and about 10 empty seats.

burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 LOL at those blasting Reyes, but not Kratz for his "great" framing. Tough to frame when your set up outside and he throws it across to the inside half of the plate.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Hey Buck Martinez, I want to donate 4,000 dollars for Fat Greek to suck my latin dick-ey!! This is not normal behaviour in developed countries Ang. Just wanted to make you aware.
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Kratz doesn't make like 22 million a year though. Everyone knows kratz is replacement LOL. That was a well hit groundball on the turf, it was a hit. I'm not saying Reyes has great range, but that was not an example of bad range. Blame AA for trading for Reyes, I don't get the hatred for the guy.

ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Tough to frame when your set up outside and he throws it across to the inside half of the plate. I brought it up because if it was Navarro, some would be all over him. Umps are crap, that's the bottom line.
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Reyes is not worth the money, sigh you guys make it sound like that play was routine...it wasn't...reyes has scored 11 runs in his last 10 games....that's what he gets paid to do...
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 That takes time and effort though. And it takes time and effort to earn the money that you're pissing away on some liberal arts major's 35K salary at the charity.

If you want to give back to society, volunteer or help people out personally. Those CEO's of charities fly first class everywhere, take limos to and from the airports, and likely when out of town spend a boatload on dinner and drinks. Charities are the biggest scam.
kgm1 Verified Member Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 none of those parks are in the east. lol I like Target. they really designed it to be a ball park. Minute Maid is nice too... Safeco... Miller Park. dont go to Tampa or Oakland... only 2 stadiums worse than Rogers center. Fenway is a must see just to say you have been there. bring nose plugs. lol I'd like to go to the new Yankee stadium too. Been to 3 in Seattle, Safeco a few times. San Fran, best park so far. Oakland , terrible, both in LA , and Petco which is very nice . Denver and AZ were OK , Both Miller Park which is very nice and the old County stadium in Milwalkee . the Dome in Minny many times and saw Maddux pitch in Wrigley and the jays win two at US Cellular, Terrible neighborhood. Rogers Center and Detroit who have a great park. Like I said I have to go east but will suffice with a ST Lou, KC trip this year
