saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 I hope no one thinks Happ pitched well today because of 0ER lol. I hope he has another bad 0ER game next start
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 Motherf***ing ump has called pitches higher than that first one strikes tonight.
reedjohnsonfan Verified Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 I hope no one thinks Happ pitched well today because of 0ER lol. No but w/e he did the job. Can't complain he's not a good pitcher so nights like this are more than welcome.

jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 It's going to get overturned. And unsurprisingly, it is.
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 I've never seen gibby with such a big grin. priceless
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 I know Reyes gets some heat from the board for his defense, but that was a nice play. He's made some good plays, I've gotta give him credit. He's also been weak on some bloops that he could've gotten to, but I've been happy with his D.
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 Why are we still playing a hurt player? we have 2 other capable catchers up. FFS
kgm1 Verified Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 just pinch hitting , best bat on the bench
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 just pinch hitting , best bat on the bench Guy can't even run (not that he could before) but personally, if a guy is told not to run hard, he shouldn't be in the game and a more useful player should be on the bench. Especially when you have 2 other capable catchers.
reedjohnsonfan Verified Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 Navarro is fine- sore quad. Pinch hitting is nowhere near the level of catching 9 innings.
bronson44 Verified Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 It feels like Brett Cecil pitches every game.
closetjaysfan Verified Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 Just got in, how was Happ looking tonight? Boxscore is unclear.
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 Just got in, how was Happ looking tonight? Boxscore is unclear. Was able to get out of several jams.

reedjohnsonfan Verified Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 Was able to get out of several jams. He made some decent pitches when it counted. But not impressive overall.
reedjohnsonfan Verified Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 lol Bautista a kiss goodnight. Right on, Cecil did the job.
