Iluvbjs Verified Member Posted April 18, 2014 Posted April 18, 2014 Ump gives Pelfrey a strike off the plate after he's thrown more balls than strikes, then tabler says that umpires aren't going to give you those calls? This ump apparently will.
closetjaysfan Verified Member Posted April 18, 2014 Posted April 18, 2014 Why are we even swinging against this guy?
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted April 18, 2014 Posted April 18, 2014 Lawrie crushes it....no luck again
43211234 Verified Member Posted April 18, 2014 Posted April 18, 2014 I'm no hitting coach but that one-handed swing from Navarro never seems to result in hard hit balls.
Chappy Community Moderator Posted April 18, 2014 Posted April 18, 2014 Lawrie crushes it....no luck again Good contact by Lawrie, just missed it.
Chappy Community Moderator Posted April 18, 2014 Posted April 18, 2014 Solarte AL ROY. Calling it now Thanks for the laugh.

Iluvbjs Verified Member Posted April 18, 2014 Posted April 18, 2014 Jays are guaranteeing him another start, making sure Minnesota stays in the basement where they belong when he gets bombed in his next four starts.
Chappy Community Moderator Posted April 18, 2014 Posted April 18, 2014 Laugh now man. Laugh now. If you insist
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 18, 2014 Author Posted April 18, 2014 Well that just sneaked by
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted April 18, 2014 Posted April 18, 2014 So far Hutchison is our best starter. He's the only guy with swing-miss.
BigBounceyBlueBalls Old-Timey Member Posted April 18, 2014 Posted April 18, 2014 It may be wrong but every time I see that Lawrie commercial I keep waiting to hear.... " ancient Chinese secret " huh ! Lol
Iluvbjs Verified Member Posted April 18, 2014 Posted April 18, 2014 We don't need a power hitter from that position right now. A cardboard cutout at the plate will do. But he plays stellar defence and turns the double play with just about anyone at short. So f*** his offense, his value of defense is more than good enough to make up for that. Our team is set up so that they should in no way whatsoever need to rely on him for his bat. He's fine.

Iluvbjs Verified Member Posted April 18, 2014 Posted April 18, 2014 Dickey is a swing and a miss guy, once every thirty seven knucklers that actually moves the way he needs it to.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted April 18, 2014 Posted April 18, 2014 Like it's literally a medical miracle that Dustin McGowan is still pitching effectively in the major leagues. The guy should've been done like five years ago.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 18, 2014 Author Posted April 18, 2014 Navarro + Goins fapfapfap!
closetjaysfan Verified Member Posted April 18, 2014 Posted April 18, 2014 So far Hutchison is our best starter. He's the only guy with swing-miss. I gotta go with Buehrle and his 8:1 K to BB ratio not to mention the 0.86 ERA

Iluvbjs Verified Member Posted April 18, 2014 Posted April 18, 2014 A shorthop dig and tag. Izzy or Boni and that guys standing at third and we're still watching McGowan pitch.
