I busted my pick/prospect nut for Parise and Foligno, but I'd definitely be willing to move some decent young guys like Helm, Anisimov, Tennyson, Bennett, Paquette, Weise, Hagelin, Stewart for small upgrades since I have a decent chance to make the playoffs somehow.

Weise was a point-per-game player his last year in junior and he was a 50 point guy while still pretty young in the AHL.

I have Pickard/Fucale and 2 2nd round picks in this very deep draft, 1 of those seconds is practically a first at 21, not to mention power forward Ritchie who's already sliced his name in the NHL,as has Pickard, you'll see they've already exceeded expectations in a SSS, yet it'll continue. Faulk/Scandella waiver wire s***? Kronwall, not so much, lol. You, haven't a clue ...20 and 21 year olds for the twins, I offered 3 and an productive NHL'er for the twins, nevermind a stud d-man, lol.

 

Outside of Faulk's +/- this season, he's definitely a young defensemen on the rise. Scandella is getting a lot of minutes in Minny and looks like he can be a breakout candidate possibly next season. Yeah I probably shouldn't have included Kronwall in the deal, my mistake. Should have started lower first.

 

Regardless, outside of you and BTS there wasn't anybody else who inquired about the Sedin's, and judging by the market it seemed like players 35 + just weren't hot commodities around the league.

I'd be open to moving Toews for an elite goalie. It's something I'd entertain in the offseason since I'm sure teams in contention right now wouldn't want to move a Carey Price for example. Edited February 19, 2015 by jaysblue
