He’s not a green flag for some reason so I’m unable to move to my Minors roster. Can a commish manually make that move?

Nope, you're good. It show's up as illegal at the top, but it was fine all last season. It's just the guys on the IL without a flag you have to worry about.

 

Also, if you draft someone without a green flag a commish can move him to your minors.

 

We didn't have teams cut down to 20, this is going to be a shitshow.

Lots cleaned up their rosters I believe. You can have more then 20 if they have red flags. Once teams make their first pick it'll be fine.

I think that works? That way if someone has a player come off the IL during the draft it shouldn't interfere with anything, and they can move them off themselves.

 

The only thing the commishes should have to do is move players without a green flag to the minors roster.

Yes it does. Only "problem" is people can draft prospects that won't fit on their minor league roster but that's not a huge deal, they'd just have to hold or cut later.
