ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Dickey owns the Trop though! And Bautista owns David Price. I'm optimistic about this game. If they lose, we'll know who jinxed them.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2014 Author Posted March 31, 2014 I think Toronto has a great chance tomorrow. Toronto's lineup at full health is brutal on lefties, and Dickey's knuckler should be dancing at the trop. I think game 2 will be tough though. I expect Cobb to carve the bats up, and I can see TB wearing Hutch down. If they DH Navarro and start Kratz I don't know what I'll do Also on a side note, I'm going to go ahead and say that Hutch will destroy the Rays lineup until their 3rd time around when (for them) they Dickey effect has worn off
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2014 Author Posted March 31, 2014 So who are you cheering for? I think it's time to lose the avatar. I thought people went over this already . BTS's heart is with the Jays but his mind is with the Rays lol
HASHTAGYOLOSWAG Verified Member Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Why are you guys crying victim because of a 4pm start? That is what us BC'ers have to deal with every game with little to.no complaint. PS. I'm back boys, did ya miss me?

Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 I also want to add myself to the party that thinks that the game start time sucks sweaty monkey balls.

flafson Verified Member Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Is there a reason why the game is so early tomorrow? TB can't draw people on regular hours, let alone work hours...

BTS, we love ya, but go back to the metal album covers for avatars or GTFO! (before the start of game 1 pls)

BlueJaysGirl Verified Member Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 I think I fear the Rays the most this year in the East and quite possibly all of the AL I love Joe Maddon, and I think he's some sort of wizard, coaxing the most out of everyone. Man, he would be soooooo awesome as the Jays skip. But the team I think will surprise everyone is the Yanks. They are picked 4th or last (when we aren't), by most, but I suspect they will be 1st or 2nd all season long. Don't be surprised if they sign Drew to a 1-year deal after today either. I'm excited about today's game, though, soooo happy Dickey gets to start in a park where he's been close to stellar. Will it be Kratz or Thole today?

Probably Thole even though I don't think it should be Kratz caught Dickey fine, and Thole will almost certainly fail misereably at the plate vs Price Problem is they gave Thole the Dickey catching job, I bet they wouldn't have the guts to tell him he's not playing today

Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Thole "beated" Kratz as backup catcher, he'll start the game. Kratz will be here for 6 or 7 games. Useless FO!

NorthOf49 Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Get someone to email you the link to the archived game, the only way around it. Oh, if you guys are talking about before entering the MLB.TV window, then you should use the Media Center for links: http://mlb.mlb.com/mediacenter/ They don't show the scores.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Not as excited as I was last year, but still excited. Need to find a way to watch the game undetected from 4-6 in the staffroom and then will run home to watch the end.
Anemic0ffense Verified Member Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Can't wait for this. Lind or Sierra at DH? Lind's swinging a hot bat, and he's hit lefties well this spring. No reason to add a 3rd black hole to the lineup. Then again this is the Jays we're talking about.

Or if you're on Linux you can easily switch workspaces between the game and actual work with 2 buttons
