G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 Loading bases for Edwin is NOT recommended
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted March 22, 2014 Author Posted March 22, 2014 Loading bases for Edwin is NOT recommended Not this time . LAWRIE TIME DOEEEEE
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 I don't see much difference in Redmond vs Rogers from a results standpoint. Totally different pitchers in that Redmond is far more about mixing pitches and command, while Rogers is more of a power pitcher. Rogers has better overall stuff I think, but Redmond knows how to make his stuff play up. What worries me is that Redmond has to have exceptional command to be effective, where Rogers can get away with more mistakes.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 Lawrie with good plate discipline

fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted March 22, 2014 Author Posted March 22, 2014 Well that was a let down haha, FC RBI though SIERRAAA TIMEEEEE EDIT NVM LINDYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY TIME!
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 Lawrie got the RBI there, but really he should have let one go ... Was not a good pitch to hit
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 Lol Buck "Cabrera was really unselfish moving to 3rd" Well it's kind of true Perennial MVP candidates can probably get away with refusing to do so He knew it might hurt his reputation defensively and might wear him down more physically
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 Will I Am and Britney Bitch! Work Bitch video is fapworthy
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted March 22, 2014 Author Posted March 22, 2014 Victor Martinez as a catcher is so throwback for me, I used to love him in his Cleveland days.... then he became a Boston First Baseman..... ugh
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 What worries me is that Redmond has to have exceptional command to be effective, where Rogers can get away with more mistakes. That's true.
Jays Verified Member Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 Buck just said the Jays are walking more because of Seitzer. The Jays are 28th in the majors this spring in walks.

And they were 9th in all of baseball last season LOL love it when a stat chack can prove these guys are dead wrong
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 Redmond hitting his spot almost every single pitch Nice
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 They pretty much have to put Redmond in the rotation
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 Buck: Esmil Rogers has 3rd most strikouts of any pitcher in Grapefruit league
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted March 22, 2014 Author Posted March 22, 2014 I agree. Just like last year hes giving us a chance to win. We got do worse with 5 starter. I just wish the first 4 were more talented. Dickey's going to have a good bounceback year, Buherle is going to be a very solid pitcher, Hutchinson (with the Dickey effect) will be unbelievably good and Morrow's a wild card (if he stays healthy and isn't unlucky he should be good)

fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted March 22, 2014 Author Posted March 22, 2014 Jesus look at that movement
Jays Verified Member Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 They pretty much have to put Redmond in the rotation I think so. Out of options and he wasn't bad last year and this spring. Just finished striking out the side.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 Dickey's going to have a good bounceback year, Buherle is going to be a very solid pitcher, Hutchinson (with the Dickey effect) will be unbelievably good and Morrow's a wild card (if he stays healthy and isn't unlucky he should be good) Yep I actually feel much better about Dickey and MB are work horses. Hutch and Redmond seem solid. And if Morrow gets hurt we have Rogers, Happ, McGowan, Stroman. I'm no longer sure Ervin Santana was really of any need even though I (obviously LOL) thought so 6 weeks ago.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted March 22, 2014 Author Posted March 22, 2014 He has 80 MLB innings and appears a "safe" choice Plus no options right? How did we get him anyway I don't even remember. Reds had him last year and DFA'd him in like January or February of 2013. O's claim and a month later DFA him and Jays claim. Couldn't break the team so they DFA him and he cleared going down to Buffalo
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 matt tuiasosopo made the 17 hour flight over to Australia for opening series, as soon as he got there they told him he was DFA'd and he had to make a 17 hour flight back ROFLMAO.........that's so bush. ROFLMAO.........that's so bush. Is this true?!?!?!
