*shrug* Zaun's inclusion in the Mitchell report was his signature on a piece of paper... Based on the evidence against him, he'd have been found not guilty in court, he wasn't exactly one of the guys against whom there was a strong case. *shrug* I'm of the belief that most players were using some form of steroid, but not much to actually show that Zaun did anything.
