I can feel myself getting way too attached to this guy

 

Need to temper expetations of both his success and likelihood of being on the Jays in 2014

 

Dammit that's hard to do right now when everything else feels so bleak

It's nice to read positive things on our own prospects rather than our past ones

 

And same as the other thread going with our lower minors being highly rated ........things are looking brighter.

Yeah I hope Jays hold on the MS. Seems like a good bet to be a mid-rotation to good back end guy at the least.. and cheap.. we need cheap SP so we can pay other ones..

Shark and Stroman in the rotation by mid season would be nice and VERY cheap

Maybe he relents and deals him for slightly less. Maybe he keeps him. But I can't see AA trading both here.

So according to reports, Stroman is close to the majors, and might start the season with the Jays, why is there such a panic to sign a pitcher. Without giving up anyone, couldn't the Jays improve the team at 2nd, a better bench and a bat to hit along with Lind?
