I think this is the common misconception. Nobody is saying Sanchez is not talented. I think he could be a viable middle of the rotation pitcher..... I just think that he needs to go to AAA figure out his third pitch (slider) i believe and perfect it. He is not going to be able to live off of his fastball in the rotation he has to be comfortable throwing all of his pitches. Something he did not have to do in the bullpen.

Apparently I missed this vote, then...

 

Guess I didn't vote either but I don't think this is the only poll we've had on the matter. I distinctily remember one where BTS called Stroman/Sanchez the new Syndergaard/Sanchez debate. There's just something about actually pitching well that seems to trump upside.
