G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted October 8, 2013 Posted October 8, 2013 Ball dropped into the Manta Ray tank - I think that's a good sign for the Rays? Yep Dude in the Kelly Johnson shirt missed the catch and then looked like he was going in after it. LOL

G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted October 8, 2013 Posted October 8, 2013 I don't like Crawford at all, but if it's Red Sox vs Dodgers in the WS I want to see him kill his old team

GeorgiaPeach Verified Member Posted October 8, 2013 Posted October 8, 2013 Wacha no hitter so far through 7 I was so hoping to watch my 2nd in person no-hitter.
GeorgiaPeach Verified Member Posted October 8, 2013 Posted October 8, 2013 Balfour easy save. One argument. MLB.com: Grant Balfour picked up the save after a scoreless ninth that included a heated exchange between Balfour and leadoff batter Victor Martinez after a foul ball. Benches cleared and warnings were issued, but there was no further incident. "Just a little competition," Moss said. "Everybody's blood gets going a little bit. Obviously Balfour is a character on the mound, so there's going to be some fireworks. It is what it is." Balfour, likewise, downplayed the incident postgame: "He was staring me down. So I said, 'Why you staring me down? What's your problem right now? You got a problem, come out here.' So he came out. We had a few words. Whatever, no big deal. I like it." Balfour....the guy looks like a nerd but tries to come off as some tough guy, huffing and puffing on the mound and acting all nuts when he saves a game. Give it a rest.
GeorgiaPeach Verified Member Posted October 8, 2013 Posted October 8, 2013 The three Cardinal pitchers used in the 2-1 win were all born after May 28, 1990 and had 22.0 IP (Rosenthal) combined before 2013. I am extremely jealous. Gas all game from the Cards pitchers.
