Well what's the solution to this?

 

I can't think of a situation where you could get a balanced schedule other than having a dynamic schedule that changes based on your current record.

 

But we all know that is unfeasible and impossible due to logistics.

 

Just play each team an equal (or as close as possible) number of times.
