What they should have done is score a damn TD in the second half for the first time in 3 games.

 

Ever since the bye, where, according to Josh, McDermott just lets them have the week off, seems like the Bills just have been even more sluggish and sloppy. I know a lot of people like McDermott but if there's another 13 seconds type incident, I'd really like to move on because it's not that hard to find a coach who is good at launching cliches and says absolutely nothing about anything. The discipline on this team is lacking.

They were talking about radiant heating that will extend throughout the stadium. You cant talk to Bills fans. Josh wants a dome but they are convinced that, somehow, playing in freezing cold weather gives them an advantage. A lot of them think "real football" isnt played in domes.

I asked my group of buddies this the other day.....If you're son made it to the CFL, would you start following the league like you do other major sports? Would you bring the fact that your son plays in the CFL to new people you meet?

Yeah the CFL fan base is mostly an older fan base from the 70s/80s along with their kids or family members or friends of players who play in the CFL. The league does need to do a better job at targeting a younger audience.

 

Out west in Winnipeg, Saskatchewan and Calgary, they don't really have a problem. CFL fan base out there is huge. Even Hamilton isn't that bad. The CFL lacks in the bigger cosmopolitan cities like Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal.

 

The CFL needs to adopt a similar rule as the MLS does. Where you can roster 2 or 3 players, pay them any type of contract which doesn't count towards the salary cap. Better way at keeping some of the younger stars or even bringing in some retired NFL stars or player who are near the end of their career.

Buffalo. Miami did this a couple years ago where they were "red hot" down the stretch by beating a bunch of dogshit teams. Then they went to Buffalo and had their s*** pushed in, no lube.

 

Now, they are red hot playing a bunch of dogshit teams and that ends today. If they put up 30 on San Fran, I'll give them more credit but it was hilarious seeing them thinking they would just coast to a win today and then be on the verge of putting the starters back in.
