Yeah when you’re down 4 TDs most of the game and the defense is playing soft, not very impressive. Not to mention the 4 picks. That was pretty epic collapse of the season for Steelers after being 11-0

Apparently his relationship with Wentz was also beyond repair - although rumours are the Wentz was a total dick about being benched, acting like a prima donna. Still, the organization might want to keep the option of keep Wentz open. Might be a good time to get the f*** out of Philly though.

I read an article on various potential trades. I think one to Miami is the best fit...although I'm not sure they'd need to give up the 18th pick too unless Houston really hates Tua (and they likely don't make this trade unless they believe in him).

The owner said it didn’t have anything to do with Wentz but then went out of his way to praise him and give every indication in his statement that he thought it was just a random bad year (he compared it to other HOF worthy QBs like Manning, Big Ben etc) and he should be given another shot. Id expect him back after reading that

You may be correct (and it may be the right call), but the Owner isn't going to tell the media anything different. They don't want teams to know they are eager to dump Wentz as it will hurt his trade value.
