Should they move the fences back a bit? Can they??? Is the enough room for the dugouts without major renovations?

They could probably move the fences back all the way to the stands instead of leaving the 15 ft gap between the wall and the seats. Not sure what would happen to the bull pens though.

I don't see how having a hitters park necessarily favours any side. Fenway is a great park to hit in, and Boston dominates at home most years.

 

It's nearly impossible to say. Are the A's pitchers so good because of talent, or because of the confidence they gain playing in a park that massively favors the pitchers?

It would be fine if we had good HR hitters (which we do) AND a starting staff that gave up preferentially ground balls over fly balls (which we don't).

 

But this starting staff combined with this park is an ugly combination this year.
