Hech easily but has nothing to do with batting average.

 

He has better makeup (lol), years of control, better defense.

Hech's batting stats are roughly identical to Izturis, are trending in the right direction, and come with gold glove defense. And he's young.

 

I wouldn't really want either right now. Izturis is a pretty good bench guy. And let's be honest, Hech's offense is what it is.

I really doubt it. AA is not inclined to get another SS. Miami wants to do a payroll dump and Reyes is a big part of that. The space-time continuum changes completely.
