He struckout 4 times last night against the Os, and that was his second of the season (first being against the Royals in April). He never struckout 4 times in a game since 2009 when he did so in KC. He's currently in a 2/24 slump. He's also 2/14 against Hammel, and 2 for his last 32 at Camden Yards. Ouch. The Jays have the 2nd best Bullpen ERA in the AL with a 2.97 mark, 0.02 away from the KC Royals The Jays are 6-12 since the end of the 11-0 run, making them 17-12 in the last 29 games Standings: http://i.imgur.com/fEdUoKI.png http://i.imgur.com/c1Uf7yz.png Venue: http://www.andrewclem.com/Baseball/Diag/CamdenYards.gif I hope you guys enjoy the game and the GDT! Please leave feedback and ideas/improvements for future GDTs!
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 Redmond against that lineup scares the crap out of me.
theblujay Verified Member Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 Drives me crazy that Stroman (or at least Nolin) isn't starting this game. It's time for Lawrie to start hitting. This game would be 1000000x more exciting if Stroman was starting...
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 hard to win with garbage starting pitching and mediocre offense...
theblujay Verified Member Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 Oh look we made the front page of ESPN.
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 I was hoping we could have a decent lineup today but we went with boni.
Chappy Community Moderator Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 I was hoping we could have a decent lineup today but we went with boni. Who cares at this point. We have Redmond on the mound, Orioles are going to tee off on him.
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 Who cares at this point. We have Redmond on the mound, Orioles are going to tee off on him. The opposite of what I think has happened all season.. so tonight might be a win?? or now that I said that we will lose?
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 Taking my gf to see wizard of oz tonight. Guaranteed to be more entertaining than the jays lol
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 Jays needs to score 9 runs to win this.
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 Thinly veiled brag about having a girlfriend All it takes? lol HOpefully the jays win this one! I predict 5-3 jays
Parson Verified Member Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 Does Lawrie look bigger than earlier in the season? Looks so to me.
Parson Verified Member Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 They showed the team stretching pre game. Why do pro teams do this? Research has shown, for a while, that it makes muscles less efficient, less powerful, and potentially increases the chance of injury.
mellowgold Verified Member Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 Anybody else having trouble with the stream?
omair_rana Verified Member Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 What channel is the game on in the GTA? Every sportsnet channel is showing some lame race
TheEndIsNigh Verified Member Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 Why does bautista jump back like he is going to get hit when a breaking ball is right over the plate?
TheEndIsNigh Verified Member Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 Bautista chasing the high fastball again.
TheEndIsNigh Verified Member Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 WOW what a bomb. EE is hitting good thing because Baiutista looks like garbage.

A while ago one of my buddies was always on my case about not stretching before my workouts, to be honest I just do range-of-motion rotations/shakeouts of my shoulders for a minute or two and I've never torn anything.
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 Lawrie is back baby If you just stick with edwin every day you could probably make the playoffs lol but no fun in that!
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 That Edwin bomb was awesome. Would love to see that in Yankee Stadium bullet time.
Horses Fart Old-Timey Member Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 dont mean to be Debbie Downer but 9 chances out of 10 we will be behind by the end of the 2nd or 3rd.....hope not tho........
